It’s amazing how kids get something in their mind and won’t let it go. Our son wants to be a vampire for Halloween and it’s all he can talk about.

So, after a Google search we found some great vampire costumes online that exceeded his expectations for a costume. He usually takes a blanket and wraps it around himself to be his cape. If he could he’d paint his face dripping with red to show his thirst for blood, but we don’t let him go that far. His friends tell him he’s crazy, but I point out that they poke fun at him because they like him, although sometimes I tend to agree with them. My dad said the same thing to me and it worked.
