Twilight Bella Costume

You can be Isabella Marie Swan, better known as Bella, in your Twilight Bella costume. The “Twilight” series of novels are primarily narrated from Bell’s point of view and consist of the titles; “Twilight”, “New Moon”, “Eclipse” and “Breaking Dawn”.

Bella is portrayed by actress Kristen Stewart in the film version of the “Twilight” series based on the novels written by Stephanie Meyers. In the first of “The Twilight Saga” films, Bella develops a relationship with Edward Cullen who just happens to be a vampire. Over the course of the series, Edward falls in love with Bella and eventually marries her. She finally decides to become a vampire herself and appears in her Twilight Bella costume.

When Bella moves to Forks, Washington, and attends her new high school, she finds herself intrigued by the Cullen siblings, especially Edward who she sits next to in her biology class. After Edward saves her life one day at school by stopping a van with his hand, he warns her not to befriend him.

Bella discovers that Edward is a vampire and they fall in love. Edward introduces Bella to his family of vampires including his father Carlisle, mother Esme, adoptive brothers Jasper and Emmett and his adoptive sisters Alice and Rosalie.

A coven of evil vampires are out to get Bella and it is up to Edward and his family to protect her. When three nomadic vampires decide to hunt Bella in her Twilight Bella costume for sport, Edward and his family must risk their lives to keep her safe.

The leader of the vampires named James is a merciless “tracker” vampire who drinks human blood instead of animal blood and hunts human beings and sometimes animals for sport. James nearly kills Bella towards the end of “Twilight” and she is left with a shimmery scar on her hand as a result of his venomous bite.

Victoria is a red-haired, cat like vampire and assists James in hunting down Bella. She plots to get revenge on Edward by killing Bella but is unable to get to her because of the Quileute shape-shifting wolves protecting her. In the “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” Victoria raises an army of bloodthirsty newborn vampires to battle the werewolves and the Cullen family.

Laurent is the dark-haired, olive-toned third member of the nomads and almost kills Bella when he accidently stumbles across her during a visit to Forks but is ambushed and destroyed by the Quileute werewolves.

In “Eclipse’ Bella becomes engaged to Edward and in “Breaking Dawn”, they get married. When Bella nearly dies giving birth to their daughter, Renesmee, Edward transforms her into a vampire. Once she wears her Twilight Bella costume as a vampire her ability to shield her mind from attacks is enhanced to the point where she can protect others from mind control as well.

Author Stephanie Meyers said about the last of her novels, “Breaking Dawn”, “The Twilight Saga is really Bella’s story, and this was the natural place for her story to wind up”. “…she fought her way to the place she wanted to be…”, in her Twilight Bella costume, married to Edward and with a daughter.

What was your best Halloween costume ever? If you’re a bit beyond trick or treating age you might look back fondly on your experiences as a child. Once you understood the concept of getting free candy wasn’t every year the best Halloween ever?

You might not remember your early trick or treating trips dressed as a cowboy or ballerina but as you reached the mature age of 9 or 10 you began to plan your trick or treat routes by the houses you knew had the best candy. You always wanted to be part of the first wave on Halloween just to make sure they didn’t run out of the good stuff.

And you could always count on a couple of houses trying to muck around with your candy haul by tossing in an apple or homemade popcorn balls. Can you really claim the best Halloween ever with popcorn balls? What vampire wants popcorn balls?

And wasn’t it great to get back home and sort through your candy bag? Even while still dressed in your vampire costume! You carefully separated the Milk Duds from the Milky Ways. Then of course came the rationing.

You couldn’t eat all that candy at once so you wanted to make sure you got rid of the boring stuff first then saved the Reeses Cups or Nestle Crunch to savor for later. It seemed like back then achieving a powerful sugar rush was the best Halloween ever.

And it also seemed the better costume I wore, the better my candy haul. Looking back on it now, all my favorite Halloween costumes were vampire costumes. Dracula costumes, yeah! Scary vampire costumes, yeah! And this year, yeah, I’ll be wearing a new vampire costume too.

The villagers lost no time in driving a wooden stake through Peter’s heart, one of the common ways believed to kill a vampire. They also burned his body. While we will never know if Peter died a second death, the attacks on the villagers stopped.

Fact or fiction? Nobody knows. But, at least it makes a great story to tell if you plan on dressing in a vampire adult costume for Halloween.
