There are Halloween costumes for every type of monster out there. There are cute, fuzzy monsters that are funny, comforting and educational like those on Sesame Street. Then there are the comedic entertaining monsters like the ones in Monster Inc. movie. But my favorite are the really scary monster costumes.
Most of the really scary costumes are quite elaborate with latex masks and full outfits to go with them. Somehow the scary ones just dont convey with make-up alone. There are a few like skeleton or maybe zombie costumes that can get by with make-up. But the very terrifying outfits are usually masks.
Often the masks are of a strange proportion, this somehow makes them look a little more disturbing. Then there are usually the gory details like fangs and blood, or open gash wounds.
Some of these costumes even come with detailed gloves and foot covers with claws or bony fingers to really complete the scary Halloween costume.
