Frightening Affordable Halloween Masks

Halloween masks add both excitement and mystery to your costume while being wonderful accessories. However, while choosing the perfect frightening Halloween masks you should know that some of the most realistic looking ones are the latex masks. When choosing a latex mask you can be just about anything from an alien, animal or insects. You may also choose from a wide assortment of Halloween masks that include your favorite television shows, movies and cartoon characters.

Unless of course you would rather show up in a scary mask while trick or treating, door to door or simply enjoying time with friends and family while carving a Halloween pumpkin, there are so many to choose from. Last year the most popular Halloween masks for children were the usual pumpkin, princess, pirate, witch, cat, and vampire masks along with Spider-Man, Superman, Power Rangers, and Disney Princesses. Adults enjoyed wearing Witch, pirate, vampire, cat, clown, fairy, and gypsy masks as well as ghost and ghoul masks. With a variety of accessories available for Halloween and a wide selection of masks you would think you can be just about anything you want to be. This is true if you get your costume early, if you wait too long the selection of the best Halloween masks will be picked through and you will be left with the masks that no one else wanted.

Watch out for the clowns this halloween. Far from being the jokey light hearted clowns we all know and love, who has entertained us with their friendly slap stick comedy and such, these clowns are not so friendly. In fact the clowns that come out this halloween are quite horrofying. You will find that a clown halloween mask is amongst the scariest of halloween masks around today.

There is something very twisted and scary about a sinister clown. A sinister clown with a blood thirsty habi is far more scary than a vampire any day. If you’ve ever seen the Stephen King film IT you will know what I mean. Scary clown masks can be the stuff of the worst nightmares you have ever experienced. I am sure that a few more clown halloween films will come out in the future.

If you are a diehard fan of the Star Wars Saga, you are probably fixated by some
of the characters in the films. Judging by the abundance of online websites,
incuding fanfiction sites dedicated to the Star Wars films, people are fixated
with Darth Vader, and these are the people who would not mind spending between $700 and $800, depending on the store, for a supreme Darth Vader Costume.

Nevertheless, I agree that this costume is impressive and scary with the floor
length flaring black cape and the ominous Vader mask and helmet, which includes the breathing sound. It is the exact replica of the original costume. I was really freaked out last Halloween when I saw a guy wearing this same outfit.

Undoubtedly, Darth Vader is one of the most popular villains and the one most fans love to hate.

When it comes to scary costumes for halloween, there are the usual suspects; the ghost costume, the zombie costume, the vampire costume. These costumes are classics, no doubt about it.However, they are a bit predictable and are they really that scary! I have trawled through the internet and have found that you can be much more frightening dressed as a clown.

Clowns aren’t usually that scary unless you have Coulrophobia, a fear of clowns. Clowns are usually jolly and friendly and not that scary at all. While clowns are usually not very scary, they can be manipulated to be absolutely horrifying! A scary clown costume is therefore much more likely to scare people during halloween, then say a devil costume.

Fundamental to scary clown costume, is a scary clown mask. These mask, with their colorful faces and demented grins are sure to make a few hairs stand on end. Make sure you wear these costumes with a side of caution, for they are really the stuff of nightmares!
