Most times when people think of fairies they think of pretty fairy dresses in green, pink or blue organza or tulle. Cute fairy wings and a glittery wands with ribbons hanging down. That’s great – because everyone loves a fairy. If you love fairies too but want to be a little bit different this Halloween you could be an evil fairy, fallen angel fairy, gothic fairy or even a vampire fairy. All you need to do is wear the typical fairy style costume but just in black or dark colors. Then make the layers tattered, shredded and uneven. Even the fairy wings should be tattered and hanging down. Mess up your hair and add webbing or bats or spiders. Those laddered black stockings you were planning to throw out will be perfect for this evil fairy costume. To finish off paint your face white, darken the eyes and the lips and put on a grim face. Perfect you are now ready for Halloween.
