Most times when people think of fairies they think of pretty fairy dresses in green, pink or blue organza or tulle. Cute fairy wings and a glittery wands with ribbons hanging down. That’s great – because everyone loves a fairy. If you love fairies too but want to be a little bit different this Halloween you could be an evil fairy, fallen angel fairy, gothic fairy or even a vampire fairy. All you need to do is wear the typical fairy style costume but just in black or dark colors. Then make the layers tattered, shredded and uneven. Even the fairy wings should be tattered and hanging down. Mess up your hair and add webbing or bats or spiders. When you get together with your friends and go house to house trick or treating you may get to meet people that you only meet that time of the year.

You will still fairy the traditional fairy style outfit, however you will choose dark colours like black and grey, with a torn and shredded mini dress or tutu.
