I definitely like Halloween. I would have to say that of all holidays, it is my favorite. I love it better than Christmas, my birthday, New Year’s and Thanksgiving combined. Each year, I assemble a different costume from whatever I have around the house. Last year I was one of my favorite super heroes characters. A few years before that, I dressed up as a TV Character. Yet there is one constant that keeps returning every few years: my fairy costume. My favorite was a Woodland Fairy Costume.
There are all kinds of exciting Halloween costumes. You see, every culture and every person thinks of Halloween a little bit differently. This is tremendous for people who like vampire costumes. After all, you can change it every time.
My last Grim Reaper costume imitated Ingmar Bergman. Rather than having the heavy cowl that entirely draped my face or the death mask, instead I had white face paint and a smaller sized cowl. People saw my face, and I kept that cold, stoic expression that was so famous in the movie The Seventh Seal. In years gone bye, however, I was a little bit more extravagant with my Grim Reaper costume.
For the one I did in the office, for example, I went all out. It was the perfect Grim Reaper outfit. I used makeup on my face to look like it was rotting, bones painted over my arms, and had a huge, imposing robe. People would only see glimpses of my make up underneath, but those glimpses were terrifying. It made me look like I really was death, hidden under a heavy cowl. One of my friends told me that, although she had seen plenty of different Grim Reaper costumes, mine was the very best. This was a fantastic complement from her, as she worked in the film business.
If you want an angel fairy costume of your own, the simplest way is to purchase one. Basically, all you need is a costume. Everything else is optional – even the face paint. After all, if the outfit is good enough you won’t need anything else! After that, any touches that you want to add to make you look more genuine are always welcome. You can use makeup to decorate your face. Just use your imagination!
